Hello, I'm Aspen Witt!

I come from a long line of Realtors and real estate investors. This, I believe, is what helped make me the agent I am today. I've helped my family "flip" over 100 homes; buying, remodeling, staging, and finally selling them! I'm not a professional contractor; however, I feel like due to my experiences with real estate, I am an objective agent who is capable of seeing beyond beautifully staged homes! I've got experience working with clients on single-family, condominium, multi-family, and vacant land deals.

I always knew while growing up that the real estate life would be for me! I love looking at houses, especially the ones that need a little TLC. I'm also fond of helping my clients find the potential in the "not-so-great" homes and nothing beats the energy I feel when helping someone find their perfect home.
