Meet Fiona Tilley

Hi, I'm Fiona- a Buying and Selling Specialist with the Kelly Davies Homes Team. My career as a REALTOR® began in 2019 and I have achieved over $10 million in sales volume for consecutive years since joining the team. I pride myself on solid communication and strong offer-writing skills. I will do everything possible to ensure my clients have a smooth transaction from the first showing to the day they receive the keys to their new dream home!

My biggest achievement to date is that I closed over 100 deals in less than 3 years with Landro Realty, outperforming 99% of the agents in our MLS in that time span, including veteran agents. I know how to get results for my clients and I'm there to provide guidance every step of the way. Clients are encouraged to ask me questions and they will always receive responses in a timely manner. I connect with and listen to my clients to make sure they are viewing homes that are perfect for them and their needs. I'm an alumna of UW-Oshkosh, where I was a member of the women's soccer team. Since graduating, I've volunteered locally as an assistant coach at the high-school level. It's a great way to stay fit and involved in my community! After college, I moved to the Fox Cities, where I've fallen in love with the local area and I continue to seek new opportunities to help the growth of this fantastic area. As a board member of the Mid-Day Women's Alliance, I actively effect change for women in my community. This organization is 100% driven by volunteers and it's wonderful to be a part of something so impactful. I will never be the type of person to wait for others to do things for me- if I want something changed, I take the initiative to make things happen!

I'm also a Relocation Specialist in partnership with Lawrence University in Appleton. The University trusts me to get the job done right for faculty members who are moving to Northeast Wisconsin. I like to make sure all of my clients have the best experience possible, so I constantly work to become the best real estate agent I can be and act in the client's best interest!
